In 87% of my cases I managed to get my clients’ expulsion from Belarus cancelled (example: the 10-year ban on entering Belarus was revoked and the foreigner was able to return to Belarus)

61% of clients were excluded from criminal responsibility because of reconciliation with the victim (the person was charged under part 1 of article 149 of the Criminal Code, the person was released from criminal liability on the basis of article 89 of the Criminal Code)
81% of my cases clients’ sentence was reduced on appeal (for example: under part 4 article 209 of the Criminal Code the term of imprisonment was reduced from 7 to 3 years)
